    Of course you will! However, we don't expect you to speak with a perfect accent but to speak in a level any native speaker can understand you

  • What is the difference between Fluenly and traditional language schools?

    In Fluenly we don't want you to memorize grammar rules, but to put those rules into practice in real life situations and communicative contexts.

    Our groups have a maximum of 5 students; that way, all students can participate actively and receive personalized attention from the teacher.

    Before each lesson we post an article in the blog with a useful vocabulary along with the expressions and grammar we are going to use in the session.

  • How I can be part of Fluenly?

    Join the Fluenly community is simple.

    Enter Fluenly.com and signup for free in just two clicks. Choose the language you want to practice and the day and time that suits you best.

    Once you've booked your session, you will receive a confirmation email containing the details of your class. Go to your favorite place at the chosen date; your teacher will welcome you and invite you a beverage.

    After the class, go to Fluenly.com and read the comments and recommendations made by your teacher so you can keep improving and progressing in learning the language.

  • Is Fluenly free?

    That depends on the Fluenly experience you want to have. At the moment we have two options available: Open Groups (free) and Fluenly sessions (paid)

  • What is an Open group?

    An Open group is a group of people who meet in a public place to talk in a specific language.

  • Who can participate in Open Group?

    Participating in an Open Group is free; The group is open to all levels and the only requirement is to be registered at Fluenly.com and join the group.

  • How many participants are in an Open Group?

    The Open Group does not have a limited number of participants. Anyone who have registered in Fluenly.com and joined the group can attend to the meeting.

  • How long does an Open Group lasts?

    The duration of the meeting varies according to each group and its participants. You can consult the location of the nearest Open Group using the Fluenly.com finder, or you can even create an Open Group by yourself.

  • How to participate in an Open Group?

    Go to Fluenly.com and click on JOIN THIS CLASS button in the Open Group page you want to attend

    You can participate in all Open groups you want by free but remember to confirm your attendance first; and if you cannot attend; you should cancel your reservation.

  • How do I identify an Open Group within the location it takes place?

    Most of our hosts use credentials so you can identify them; if this is not the case; we suggest you to ask the facility staff about the exact location of the group.

  • Can I create an Open Group in my city?

    If there are not Open Groups in your city, do not worry; you can create one by yourself and become a Fluenly host in your city.

  • What do I need to create an Open Group in my city?

    The Open Groups are voluntarily coordinated by a member of the Fluenly community. There is no need to be neither a native speaker nor a teacher; the only thing we ask you is to be a dynamic, passionate about languages person eager to meet new people.

    Our hosts are the soul of Fluenly. Native speakers, teachers, students, expatriates, organizations ... .all of them share the vision of a world where anyone, regardless of his/her origin, may have a quality, effective and affordable language teaching by attending a Fluenly* group

  • Who can be a host?

    Fluenly is a community which is open to all institutions and organizations that share our mission and to all people who have enthusiasm and desire to share a language socially and practice it in a fun way.

  • What a host does?

    To know more about the functions of the host we recommend you to visit our blog where you will find all the required materials as well as a description of the functions and tasks involved in being a host.

  • Is a Host the same as a teacher?

    You do not need to be a teacher, native speaker or have an advanced level in a language to be host; all we ask you is that you have motivation, enthusiasm and desire to transform the way the world learns languages.

  • How I can become a Host?

    It's simple and free. Visit Fluenly.com and register as Teacher/Host. In a few minutes you will receive an email; follow the instructions and soon you can create your own Fluenly group in the place, day and time you deem appropriate.

  • Can I be a Host and a Teacher at the same time?

    Of course you can; provided you meet the requirements we ask all our teachers

  • What is a Fluenly session?

    A Fluenly session is a conversation group formed by a maximum of 5 students led by a native speaker. The Fluenly sessions are divided in levels according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages.

  • How long is a Fluenly session?

    All Fluenly sessions (one hour long) are themed and planned in advance based on grammatical and functional objectives that the student will previously know in order to make the session the most effective and productive as possible.

  • How do I know if I'm improving?

    At the end of the session, students can consult in their private panel at Fluenly.com all the comments, suggestions and recommendations made by their teacher in order to keep improving and progressing in learning the language.

  • How to participate in a Fluenly session?

    Go to Fluenly.com and click on JOIN CLASS NOW within the page of the Fluenly session you want to attend.

    Once you have made the easy and completely secure payment through our payment gateway; you will receive a confirmation email with the details of the session.

  • Can I cancel a reservation?

    If you cannot attend; you can easily cancel a reservation from your dashboard. (See terms and you condition for more information about our cancellation policy)

  • Can I participate in all the Fluenly sessions I want?

    Of course; you can participate in all Fluenly sessions as long as you have the same level as the group.

  • How do I know the level I have?

    The Fluenly sessions are divided in levels according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages.

    In the Don't know your level? Section, you can see a description of each level. You decide the level, and teacher in the first classes will confirm it.

  • What if the level I have declared is lower or higher than my actual level?

    In this case, your teacher will suggest you to change your level and will recommend you to attend another group more suitable to your knowledge level.

  • What are class packages?

    They are the most convenient and economical way to use Fluenly sessions. All packages include a free drink and provide access to a specific number of classes indicated in the package.

  • How to use the class package?

    Once acquired; Click on the class you want to attend (as long as it matches with your level) and click on JOIN CLASS NOW and that's it! In a few minutes you will receive an email confirming your reservation and the details of the session.
